Request For Qualifications – Water Utility

Hopewell Borough is seeking qualifications from capable private and public entities for the sale of the Borough of Hopewell’s Water Utility System, Physical Assets and Infrastructure Under the Provisions of the Water Infrastructure Protection Act (N.J.S.A. 58:30-1 et seq.).
