There are two (2) seats on the Hopewell Borough Council (3-year terms each) to be filled during 2021.  Candidates are required to submit petitions to the Hopewell Borough Clerk by 4 pm on Monday, April 5, 2021.

The minimum signatures required for a Democratic Party Candidate petition is eight (8).  The minimum signatures required for a Republican Party Candidate petitions is one (1)

If you are a qualified and registered voter of Hopewell Township who wants to vote by mail in any election, you must complete a Vote by Mail Application Form. Application forms may be obtained online from the Mercer County or New Jersey Division of Elections websites, or in person at the following locations:
