Mercer County, Hopewell Borough and all twelve municipalities are working on a plan to make our roads safer for everyone. Called a Vision Zero Action Plan, the goal is to reduce the number of people killed or seriously injured traveling in Mercer County to zero by 2050. Vision Zero is a worldwide strategy to eliminate all traffic fatalities and serious injuries while increasing safe, healthy, and equitable mobility for all. The plan will have a prioritized list of actions to make our roads safer.
Please share your thoughts with the plan organizers by taking the public outreach survey.
More information about plan can be found at the project website, where you can map or register areas of concern, and sign up to keep up to date with future opportunities to get involved.
