Organizers of one of the area’s “No Kings” day events have chosen Hopewell Borough for what may be a large event on Saturday 10/18 from 2pm to 3:30pm. The Borough and the Hopewell Township Police Department have worked to let area businesses know the potential for parking and other disruptions along East Broad Street between Hamilton Ave. and Broad Street. We want to thank everyone involved for their cooperation towards the afternoon going as smoothly as possible and our partners at the HTPD and our DPW for their efforts to help ensure a safe event. Residents planning on attending are encouraged to walk rather than park in the area and visitors are asked to respect and observe all parking rules, including avoiding parking lots which are needed for residents and our businesses. Traffic and parking interruptions are expected for Saturday afternoon.
