Notice of Construction and Delivery of Materials for 15 East Broad Street (Hopewell Inn Project)
On August 28, 2024 major construction will resume at the Hopewell Inn site with the delivery and installation of structural steel. Temporary road closures and parking restrictions will be implemented by the developer through the police department, as per the notice below. Thank you for your patience as this important piece of our downtown starts to make its return.
