On Monday, January 29, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. a special meeting shall be held by a three-person panel consisting of two Council members and the Mayor under P.L. 2021, c. 15, as amended by P.L. 2022, c. 85 (allowing expanded outdoor dining in response to COVID-19 public health emergency).
The meeting will be held in the courtroom of Hopewell Borough Hall, 88 East Broad Street, Hopewell, NJ 08525.
The purpose of the meeting is for the three-person panel to hear an appeal of a permit issued under P.L. 2021, c. 15 filed by Aunt Chubby’s Luncheonette.
Formal action on the appeal may be taken by the appeal panel.
The appeal panel may deliberate in closed (executive) session prior to taking action/rendering a decision, as permitted by N.J.S.A. 10:4-12b.(9).
The meeting can be viewed remotely using zoom, by following the link for Borough Council meetings – however like all Borough hybrid meetings, comments and participation require attending in person at this time.
