UPDATE Saturday January 8, 2022 – NJAW has ended the water conservation request.
The original, now rescinded notice is is below:
Hopewell Water Customers – we have been informed that NJ American Water is experiencing a system issue at their Raritan Millstone Water Treatment Plant, the plant that services and supplements water in Hopewell Borough.
NJAW is calling for an immediate voluntary conservation of non-essential water use until the repairs are completed. We will update this notice once we learn that conditions improve. In the meantime, please limit your usage today, January 4, 2022. Thank you for your cooperation.
