The Mayor and the Hopewell Borough Council honored Michele Hovan for her two decades as Borough Administrator by dedicating a portion of the lower level of Borough Hall to be forever known as Hovan Hall. The hallway features historic artwork and is an ongoing project near and dear to Ms. Hovan’s heart. We thank her for her service and wish her well in her retirement!
