The Hopewell Borough Economic Development Committee and the Sourland Conservancy are once again sponsoring a tree decorating contest – all are welcome to participate! You can enter solo, with a group of friends, or as a business or non-profit group. There will be free community voting, and the winner will receive a prize donated by local merchants.
The trees will be on display through the winter holiday season. Decorations must be sustainable (no glitter, plastic, etc) and trees must be maintained through January 15, and all decoration cleaned up by January 20. In the spring, the trees will be planted in the Sourlands by volunteers. More details can be found here.
