Tuesday September 2nd marks the return to school for families and students here in Hopewell Borough and across the Hopewell Valley Regional School District. Please join us not only in welcoming them back for a great year, but in keeping an extra eye out as we share our roads with our walking and biking children each morning and afternoon. For drivers, that means obverting our speed limits, following instructions from HTPD and crossing guards stationed throughout town, stopping and staying stopped for pedestrians crossing at crosswalks, maintaining a 4FT distance when passing bikes and stopping for our buses when they are picking up or dropping off.
