Hopewell Borough was recently upgraded to AA+ status by Standard & Poors in a report released on May 6, 2022. Ratings upgrades are rare, and when issued, are justified using a broad set of criteria that assesses the overall fiscal health and management of the municipality. We are pleased so pleased to share this news with the taxpayers of our community!
