Hopewell Borough does not require a certificate of occupancy or “CO” on the sale of a home.  However, there are several requirements that can be found here. 

The train station building and the adjacent “freight shed” as well as the bandstand in Hopewell Borough Park can be rented for events.  The forms can be found here. Certificates of Insurance are required for all rentals.  Reservations are accepted on a first come, first-completed application filing basis.
