By appointment by the governing body, the Borough Administrator serves as the purchasing agent for the Borough and has the authority, responsibility and accountability for all purchasing activity pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11 et seq.

Currently, the Borough Administrator does maintain a Qualified Purchasing Agent certificate under Chapter 440, P.L. 1999 and the Borough is afforded the maximum bid threshold provided by law.  Below please find general information for vendors seeking to do business with the Borough, as well as current bidding opportunities:
