Beginning September 1, 2004, State law requires all vendors seeking to do business with the Borough of Hopewell to provide a copy of a Business Registration Certificate as issued by the Division of Revenue, State of New Jersey. This certificate must be provided before a contract to provide goods or services can be authorized.
