BIRTH CERTIFICATES:

If you were born in Hopewell Borough, certified copies of your birth certificate can be obtained in the Municipal Clerk's Office in person or by mail.  There is a charge of $10.00 for each copy payable by cash, check or money order.  You will be required to submit proper I.D.

DEATH CERTIFICATES:

Certified copies of death certificates for those who have passed away in Hopewell Borough can be obtained in the Municipal Clerk's office in person or by mail.  There is a charge of $10 for each copy payable by cash, check or money order.  You will be required to submit proper I.D.
