ATTENTION RESIDENTS - BULK TRASH & ELECTRONICS PICKUP REMINDER Except for the traditional one-day-only townwide bulk pickup day announced each year (typically in June - and not guaranteed - scheduled each spring based on funding availability), the Borough DOES NOT collect bulk trash items as part of the municipal waste collection contract. Bulk items such as furniture, mattresses, construction material, tires, refrigerators, etc. MUST be disposed of privately. Please refer to the local yellow pages or other resource for a listing of private haulers. The Department of Public Works will not pick up these items. Property owners are subject to violation and penalties for uncollected bulk items left at curbside. The Department of Public Works will assist with electronic item disposal whenever possible.
